Argus Extends Share Repurchase Programme
Hamilton, Bermuda (June 29, 2023) - Argus Group Holdings Limited (the “Group”; “the Company”; the “Argus Group”) today announced that effective 1 July 2023, the Company will extend the share repurchase programme and may purchase up to 150,000 shares over the next year, at market prices on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
